HYBLOX40 at SOUL Studio is a 40 minute functional fitness for real world strength and endurance. Our signature 40 minute training program mirrors the intensity of functional fitness competitions - blending cardio, functional strength and mental grit in a format that’s scalable for all levels. What to expect? - Curated fresh new workouts every session with guided training - 8 blocks per class alternating between cardio bursts and strength stations - Race ready format: Structured work: rest ratios to build endurance under fatigue - Scalable challenges: Beginner modifications and advanced orogressions in every session Why train HYBLOX40? ~ Time efficient: Max results in 40 minutes ~ Functional Fitness: Train for life, not just the gym ~ Community Energy: Small group session (max 10 people per session) with trainer support Bring: Grippy socks, run shoes (week 3+4 only), water and hustle!
Cancellation Policy
SOUL Studio Class Policy 1. Payment & Registration All classes must be paid in advance. Payment options include: Online payment through our website for Trial Passes or Single Class Passes. Membership Plans ( prepaid). Unpaid registrations will not secure a spot in class. 2. Booking & Availability Class spots are limited and subject to availability. Advance booking is required—at least 1 hour before class start time. Walk-ins are not permitted without prior online registration and payment. 3. Cancellation & Late Arrival Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class to avoid forfeiting the pass. Late arrivals (beyond 10 minutes of class start) may lose their spot to waitlisted students. 4. Membership & Passes Membership fees are non-refundable. Class passes expire as per their terms (e.g., 7 days for single passes unless stated otherwise). 5. General Etiquette Bring your own mat/towel (if required). Notify the instructor of injuries before class. By booking, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to adjust policies as needed.
